Our internship is a very selective opportunity for college aged women looking to expand their skills. This is a dual internship/mentorship program. You will have access to opportunities to work alongside CEO Ruby Asabor, get mentored and connect with major brands and girl bosses.

We believe that the best way for an intern to learn from a company is to be involved in business decisions and creating content. To ensure that you are benefitting from hiring, we are taking the time to find individuals that are already proficient in their field and show the potential to grow.


Our internships are on a short term basis. You are welcome to apply to all of the internship openings if multiple sections interest you.

    1. What qualifications do I need?

    For an internship with Lavish Life Brand, you must be enrolled in college, a recent grad or in a gap year. We are looking for people with

    The number of interns vary by department but most departments are selective with only one intern.

    We are looking for someone to lead partnerships including setting a partnership strategy and pitching to new partners as well as managing the day-to-day needs of our existing partners. This person will use quantitative and qualitative analysis to help determine a strategy and ensure we are bringing on the right partners to align with our business goals. He/She will be the main contact with all of our external partners and manage those relationships end-to-end.

    You will:

      • Own partner relationships including reporting, fulfillment issue resolution, and partnering on growth opportunities such as sales or giveaways
      • Create and drive a strategic vision for partnerships including prioritization of new partnerships and pitching to those partners
      • Synthesize partner feedback into creative insights that inform and influence Lavish Life Brands product roadmap and operational processes
      • Refine parameters for existing and future partner success through quantitative and qualitative analysis of partner performance
      • Develop new strategies to grow partner network, reduce costs, and increase margin

    Social Media Content Intern

    We are looking to make our social media presence best-in-class. For companies like ours, social media isn’t an afterthought, it’s a core part of our strategy and the best method we have to reach and engage our users. You will both develop and execute on a strategy that takes this critical channel to the next level and sets the standard for excellence and creativity in the industry.

    You will:

      • Create and manage instagram content strategy. We believe in contextualizing the commerce experience through social and content, and you will both the develop the vision for how we do so leveraging content opportunities like IG story takeovers, posts, quizzes, giveaways, push notifications and more, creatively imagining how to bring content into the shopping experience and using data to inform your decisions.
      • Experiment with new platforms, initiatives, and ways to engage our users through content and community! We want to push the bounds of what it means to bring content to shopping, and you will be the one pitching new ideas for how to do so and executing on them. Podcasts, YouTube, email campaigns—we love trying new things and seeing what works.
      • Own executing and leveling-up Lavish Life Brand's content and social media strategy with our already highly-engaged audience.

      Creative Branding Intern

      The Creative Branding Intern position is responsible for working with the social media intern in executing the digital marketing and communications strategy of the brands through creating content.

       This individual will create and distribute visual content to promote the Lavish Life brand and marketing message through digital advertising, social media, print, and websites. Must have experience with Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) with the desire to become proficient. 


          • Must have a professional grade camera
          • Must be able to showcase previous work in photography 
          • Must be able to have lightroom, photoshop, adobe 
          • Must be able to do basic photo and video editing 
        • Plan and implement lifestyle and flat lay shoots
        • Assist in the conceptualization, design, layout and production of printed and digital marketing materials
        • Contribute to and work with social media intern to manage graphics for the company’s, social media channels.
        • Create mini text based ads for social media pages
        • Manage and create unique graphics and infographics for use on social media channels
        • Research industry best practices and competitor experiences 

        Marketing Intern – Campus Rep Coordinator/ Community Engagement

        • Develop marketing strategy for campus representatives
        • Identify and build relationships with campus representatives

          • Collaborate with marketing team to drive impressions, word of mouth buzz, social media follows and bottom-line sales
          • Design content for multimedia campaigns including collateral materials, video promotions, web promotions, social media marketing, and email communications

          BUSINESS OPERATING INTERN (IN PERSON POSITION - Must be in Freeport NY 2/3 a week for 3 hours)
